NEIGHBOURHOODS INFORMATION PACKAGE: Before a family moves, we mail them a complete information package about their new community. We will also personally research any special requests. We have information on 2,100 communities across Canada and the United States in our library.

RE-ROOT PROGRAM: Discounts are offered on new houseplants and landscaping stock from participating nurseries or greenhouses. Loblaws and Supercenter locations in Ontario also offer United Van Lines clients tropical houseplants at 4 for the price of 3.

WELCOME WAGON SERVICE: A Welcome Wagon hostess will supply maps, civic information, coupons and gifts from local stores. The hostess is an expert about the local community and will help acquaint transferring families with the new area.
