Employees should remove these items prior to the move, or relocate them themselves. Remember that the insurance provided for a move of this type is only for the protection of those items owned by your company.

PLANTS
Personal plants of the employee must be moved by the employee for the same reason as given above. We cannot be responsible for their safety. Company plants should be identified by tagging the planter or pot they are in. Because of possible inclement weather, these plants cannot be guaranteed.

PICTURES AND PAINTINGS
Most pictures or paintings will obviously not fit into the cartons that are provided to you. Please do not attempt to pack these items. The mover has specially designed telescopic picture cartons for this purpose as well. Remember that we are to move only the company pictures, so please remove any of your own before we arrive.
