Success Stories To Whom It May Concern,
I have recently completed a move from Winnipeg, Manitoba to Edmonton, Alberta. I would like you to know how I feel about the service offered by your company.
I decided to move to Edmonton in July of this year. As I am sure that you are aware moving is not a favorite activity of many people and I did not look forward to this daunting task. I received a proposal from Mr. Ben Wheeler of Canada Moving. I was very impressed with Mr. Wheeler's knowledge and high level of professionalism while helping me. When done with the proposal I did not have any questions for Ben as he had covered everything I needed to know. You should feel very confident if all of your sales staff is akin to Ben Wheeler.
I decided to let your company do my move and from that moment on I did not have any worries. It was as though a weight had been lifted off of my shoulders.
The movers arrived on August 19. There were three gentlemen who loaded a container with all of my belongings. Mr. Rob Lachance was the supervisor and he was very helpful and thorough. I could see from the start that Rob knew what he was doing and that my belongings would be taken care of. Rob and his two assistants worked hard and I felt took the same care as though they were packing their own possessions.
I had asked for my container to be delivered to the new apartment in Edmonton on September 22, 1999. However the apartment was ready a lot sooner than first anticipated. I called your company had my stuff delivered on Friday September 10, 1999. Mr. Marcel Sylvester and Jason Fiddler delivered my things to the new apartment and were as consistent in giving exceptional service as Rob Lachance and Ben Wheeler were.
I was a little concerned that some of my glassware may not have made the trip. To my surprise not a single item was broken. Out of everything that I packed (I packed it all) not one thing broke. I am very pleased with your service. I hope that I will not need to use it again... but if I do move I will call you and I will also highly recommend your services to all my friends. Thank you very much.

Dear Ben,
Well, we're still trying to get our boxes unpacked & sorted in the new place. We've got quite a few boxes picked up by United also.
Ken & I were writing to thank-you for all your help in setting up our move. Your help & understanding was superb.
We are sending some pictures we took of our "packers & loaders" in Winnipeg. What an outstanding group of people you have working for you. To each & everyone of them a great "BIG" thanks. You all made it so easy for us. To the gentlemen that unloaded our treasures Ð all we can say is "you guys were superb."
If at any other time a move comes our way we will no doubt choose United. We would highly recommend "United" to our family & friends.
Once again Ben, we will always be thankful for your sincerity.
